1) Why hire a certified wedding planner?

3) Why hire a Justice of the Peace from Once Upon A Time Wedding Services?

Our Justice of the Peace specializes in bilingual (Spanish/English) wedding ceremonies and connects very well with Latino families. She has a deep understanding of family dynamics especially when it comes to weddings. She closely works with all the family members and extended family and has the ability of pulling everyone together during stressful moments. We offer a Basic, Semi-Customized, and Fully-Customized ceremonies to fit your individual needs.


4) Can Once Upon A Time Wedding Services handle all our travel needs as well as our guests’?

Yes! We are a full travel agency. We can block hotel rooms, coordinate ground and air transportation, book cruises and organize your honeymoon anywhere in the world. Many people have the misconception that if they use a Travel Agency, the trip would cost more. We are here to tell you that when you use our travel services you get a lot more for your money. You also get personalized service and we become your own personal travel agent when you book with us.

5) What if my fiancée and I want to secure all the major Vendors and the Venue? Can Once Upon A Time Wedding Services work with these and other Vendors?

Absolutely! Not only do we work with them, but we also become one happy family. Our ultimate goal, as well as the Vendors’ is to deliver the best service. We make sure that we are all on the same page and work in a synchronized manner when the special day arrives.

6) To what extent will Once Upon A Time Wedding Services be involved?

We will be involved as much or as little as you want or need us to be involved. We work with all types of couples with a variety of working styles. For some couples, it is difficult to let others handle and manage their affairs. It requires complete trust. Other couples prefer someone to take complete control. And then there are couples who want and need a bit of both. Effective communication before, during, and after the wedding is vital in every case. We will provide ongoing suggestions, recommendations, and point out areas to be addressed, throughout the entire process. Our couples say we become an extension of their family. We tend to accommodate our couple’s individual and specific needs whenever necessary.

7) How much does it cost to hire a certified wedding planner?

There are many wedding planners out there for different wedding budgets. When looking for one, make sure they are certified and have 5-star reviews. At Once Upon A Time Wedding Services, we have all of the above. We offer a variety of packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum based on your needs, starting at $1,500. We also have an hourly rate of $75. for consultation only. If you don’t completely fall under one specific package, we specialize in preparing an Individualized/Customized Wedding Package.

8) Where does the Officiant or Justice of the Peace perform wedding ceremonies?

Wedding ceremonies are performed anywhere in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. When we say anywhere, we really mean that; anywhere at a cruise port, under a bridge, on a mountain top, a row boat, waterfront, or at a regular venue. You tell us where you want to say your “I Do’s” and we will be there.

9) Why do couples tend to not hire a certified wedding planner?

Some couples feel they are capable and able to undertake this overwhelming task. Some couples feel that part of the joy is going through the planning stages. Other couples want to save money by doing it themselves. And although all of these reasons may be true, it is fair to say that planning a wedding causes a lot of tension and unnecessary stress on the couple and those close to the couple. We don’t take away the joy or the fun. We only take away the stress. It allows for a well- executed event.

10) Who is your ideal client and why?

At Once Upon A Time Wedding Services we treasure and value every couple who inquire about our services. Nevertheless, we make sure that there is a mutual connection and a clear fit. We take pride on working with couples who truly want a memorable event without putting too much stress on how much their dream wedding will cost. During our initial consultation, there is an exchange of information and this is when both the couple and the service provider determine if we can work together. Once Upon A Time Wedding Services only accepts a maximum of 2 weddings any given month to ensure our couple has our undivided attention for their special day.
